Subject: lifting link and D valve

Greetings to all C&B builders I am a new member and new at computing. I would appreciate help with lifting link and d valve. I just cant get D valve to match TDC and BDC and open correctlly can you help? The d valve always seems to be 2mm behind the piston rod in both directions. the
eccentric is set 180* opposite crank. any ideas? this is driving me mad.
